Legal Management Trainee (MT Legal - A26)
Responsibilities
  • MT Legal is an exstensive development program that give you opportunities to build your competence as a Legal Officer. During the program you will be challenged to expose your self to different legal functions in different business.
  • As a Legal Officer, you will be responsible to analyze and review legal aspect of company contract and partnerships. Preparing material for legal opinion and contract. You will also have responsibility to build relationship with both internal and external parties, and review or create legal work agreement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree from Law
  • Fresh graduate or max. 1 year of experience
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skill

Responsibilities
  • This spesific program is aimed to project trainees to the position of Sales Supervisor. Sales Supervisors will lead a branch's sales team to achieve sales target. In this program, you will participate in On The Job Training (OJT) and obtain experience as sales. 
  • You will be positioned as an Acting Sales Supervisor in one of our branches, and also receive various training programs and be assigned an improvement project which will then be evaluated.

  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Experienced in property business would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, effective in time management, attention to details, good communication and ability to work effectively within teams and with minimal supervision
  • High integrity & responsibility
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-pace work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the financial, administrative and accounting services. 
  • Preparing financial statements and management report. 
  • Administer financial system, so as to ensure that finances are sustained in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide advice, assistance and guidance to other department when necessary
  • Analyze financial statement in order to propose improvement
Requirements
  • Having a bachelor degree in finance or accounting from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Good understanding of General Finance, Accounting and Tax
  • Experienced in property business would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, effective in time management, attention to details, good communication and ability to work effectively within teams and with minimal supervision
  • High integrity & responsibility
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-pace work environment.

Rutin JKT - Tax Admnistrator (HR - A26)
Responsibilities
  • Melakukan administrasi perpajakan PPN dan PPh
  • Membuat pelaporan pajak ke kantor pajak
  • Memastikan bahwa pelaporan pajak tepat dan sesuai waktu
  • Memberikan bantuan kepada departemen lain mengenai masalah perpajakan
Requirements
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 Perpajakan atau Akuntansi
  • Menguasai undang-undang perpajakan atau memiliki sertifikasi brevet A/B
  • Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai staff pajak
  • Akan lebih baik jika memiliki pengalaman di bisnis properti
  • Efektif dalam manajemen waktu, teliti, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan kemampuan untuk bekerja secara efektif dalam tim maupun secara individual
  • Memiliki integritas yang tinggi dan bertanggung jawab
